I think that if you’re depressed, and you commit suicide, although you’ve got a family who loves you, and friends who loves you, it’s a little selfish. It’s like, you’re in hell yourself, but by committing suicide, you might put others in hell too.

And you probably think that you can’t do anything to get better, and it would just be better if you died. But why not try, just TRY, to think a little more positively and maybe remember what made you happy before. I don’t know, it could be like taking baths, taking walks, watch movies, travel, swim in the ocean, maybe shopping, cooking or drawing.

Also people who aren’t satisfied with their looks, the ones who hate themselves, and think that others won’t love them because they’re ugly. Especially when people think that they are fat, and they start to starve themselves and develop anorexia or bulimia. I mean, sorry for saying this: but are people idiots? seriously, haven’t they ever heard that the body needs protein and all that to function? You can’t just completely stop eating or puke it all up. If you think that you’re fat, why not start to exercise? Maybe it’s faster to loose weight if you’re not eating, but you’ll just look pale, sick and weak. With some exercise and healthy food, the results would definitely be a lot more positive in the end.

I just wanted to get this out, and I haven’t experienced anorexia, bulimia nor depression myself, so if you disagree with me, then please message me, cause I admit that I’m not an expert at this point, this is just how i see it. :)
